Famous! is a very strange app. It's a sort of extension for Twitter that shows you who's the biggest fan of a particular account. Why, you might ask? Well, for the simple pleasure of being able to say you're the biggest fan of a video game, music group, or any other Twitter account of your choice.

The way Famous! works is a little confusing at first. Basically users have a certain number of hearts they can use to 'buy' the Twitter accounts they want to be the biggest fans of. The most famous accounts are more expensive, of course, since there are so many users spending hearts on them.

Famous! really is a very strange app. Some users will get a certain pleasure out of becoming the biggest fan of a particular Twitter account ... but although this may be the case, this kind of pleasure doesn't last long. Because of the way the app works it's really hard to remain the biggest fan of any of these accounts.
